Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Interior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3-4 years of experience in Australia / Melbourne and will be responsible for running projects, developing designs, and preparing project documentation.

The successful candidate will work on commercial and fit-out projects independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in English is crucial as they will be involved in daily project and team/consultant coordination & communications.

  • Participate in design development and presentation
  • Documentation work (Revit, CAD, and scheduling)
  • Graphic and Indesign works
  • Maintain library & material research
Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Develop and present designs for commercial and fit-out projects
  • Create project documentation using Revit, CAD, and other software
  • Collaborate with the team and consultants on project coordination and communication
  • Research and maintain a library of materials and resources
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial interior architecture
  • Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
