Job Title: Senior Interior Architect

We are seeking an experienced interior architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a college degree in Interior Design or Architecture and 4-8 years of experience in high-end residential interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize high-end residential interiors projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to lead documentation and coordination of architectural finishes, fixtures, custom millwork and furnishings.
  • Design, source and organize furnishings, lighting, and accessories aligned with the project's design vision.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to internal and external design dialogue.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules.
  • Produce and track client proposals and vendor purchase orders using studio designer.

The selected candidate will possess excellent oral, written and graphic communication skills, proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Concepts+ and Studio Designer.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • College degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 4-8 years of experience in high-end residential interior design.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Concepts+ and Studio Designer.
