Your Role:

You will be responsible for all legal matters related to Epsilon's operations in APAC (excluding India and China), ensuring the company's interests are safeguarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, vetting, redlining, and negotiating of Epsilon legal documents, including Master Service Agreements, Statements Of Work, Confidentiality Agreements, Employment-related agreements, etc.
  • Negotiating client contracts independently, identifying associated risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Providing counsel on contract-related risks, collaborating with Data Privacy experts, and ensuring corporate compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conducting due diligence activities, managing a database of executed contracts, and advising on dispute resolution.
  • Evaluating and mitigating commercial, operational, and legal risks in each contract, ensuring the company's interests are safeguarded.

Requirements:

  • A lawyer with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience from a reputable law school or large Australian or global company.
  • Experience in marketing and/or technology law is preferable.
  • The ability to interact effectively with regional team members, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong understanding of commercial contracts, data privacy, and risk management principles.
