About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Contract Specialist to join our team at Built Holdings Pty Ltd.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of contract law and statutory obligations for building design and construction, as well as experience in managing contracts on large construction projects.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with commercial requirements set out in head contracts, subcontracts, consultant agreements, and supply agreements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on contract matters;
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement;

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a relevant building-related degree;
  • Have extensive experience managing contracts on large construction projects;
  • Be quality-focused and have the ability to assess risk;
