About Our Client:

This renowned commercial construction company has a strong presence in NSW and VIC.

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Professional to join their team and work on an industrial project. The ideal candidate will have experience working on industrial or commercial new build projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring that all necessary documents are prepared and submitted on time.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: They will coordinate with subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed to the required standard.
  • Project Monitoring: The contracts administrator will monitor project progress, identifying any issues or concerns and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Financial Management: They will be responsible for managing project finances, including tracking expenditures and ensuring that all invoices are paid on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 Years' Experience as a Contracts Administrator: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a contracts administrator for a head contractor in Australia.
  • Commercial or Industrial Project Experience: Experience working on commercial or industrial projects is preferred.
  • Jobpac Experience Essential: Jobpac experience is essential for this role.
  • Knowledge of the NSW Construction Market: The successful candidate will have knowledge of the NSW construction market and subcontractors.
