Join Resolution Digital as an Experience Account Director

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our team as an Experience Account Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and refining an exceptional Experience product, which may include experience and Ecommerce consulting, SEO, CRO and content strategy.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to your client base, helping them to continually innovate and improve upon their Experience and Ecommerce ecosystems.
  • Implement and refine a common set of products nationally with a unified approach, methodology, marketing collateral and training (in collaboration with the National Product Leads)
  • Oversee your team's product including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day to day invoicing and billing
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Senior/Managers, Executives and Assistants
  • Business development with new and existing clients; including contributing to pitches, proposals, case studies & acting on opportunities as they crop up
  • Build strong relationships with the media, key clients, third party planners, sister agencies, and the Resolution Digital team
Your Expertise:
  • Proven experience in SEO or Digital Experience position.
  • Experience managing a highly productive team
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, SEMrush, DeepCrawl) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, BrightEdge, Adobe Analytics)
  • Proven ability to develop a customized SEO strategy to meet a client's business objectives
  • Experience across CRO and/or eCommerce would be advantageous
