Lead Production Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead to join our assembly team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supervising a team of 5-6 individuals, ensuring the smooth operation of the production process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of assembly workers to achieve productivity goals
  • Ensure all assembly processes are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with production managers to optimize assembly processes
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in assembly or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
