**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Production Team Leader. This position will play a crucial part in overseeing day-to-day production operations, supervising and supporting the production team to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are met.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Assist the Production Supervisor in overseeing day-to-day production operations.
  • Supervise and support the production team to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are met.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to production staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.
  • Train and mentor new and existing production staff, ensuring they are equipped with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and resolve production issues, working closely with the team to improve processes.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.
  • Strong work ethic with proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
