Production Leader Job Opportunity. We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing facility’s day-to-day operations ensuring efficient and quality production of products.
Key responsibilities include managing a team of around 15 production staff, ensuring stock on hand is kept at optimal levels and production materials are not running low.

Manage warehouse/production operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
Implement and improve warehouse processes to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
Engage, lead, motivate and develop your team through effective people management strategies.
Drive performance on a daily basis across the further processing facility to meet deadlines.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone with 4+ years' experience in a Production Manager role or level with a proven track record of achieving positive operational outcomes.
Previous hands-on experience in manufacturing, ideally within the sheet-metal industry or sheet-metal products.
Strong understanding of an end-to-end manufacturing process.
Passionate about driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, efficiencies and reliability.
