CSL Behring is currently recruiting for a **Production Team Leader**to join our Filling team at **Broadmeadows**site.

Reporting to **Production Coordinator**you will work onsite and will assist to lead activities within the Filling team to aseptically dispense a range of therapeutic plasma products oversee the filling operations, inclusive of day to day running, planning and maintaining QMS systems, procedures and policies.

You will be working on rotating shift or permanent night shift from Monday to Saturday 8 days in a fortnight. (shift timings as below)

**Morning**: 6:00-16:42, **Day**: 8:00-18:42, **Afternoon**:12:48-23:30, **Night**: 20:00 - 5:43

**NOTE - Multiple positions available (permanent).**

**Your responsibilities**
- Support daily production schedule and m anage small team of operators.
- Troubleshoot daily filling issues and drive process improvements.
- Support tech transfers, capacity upgrades, and process optimization.
- Ensure team training and compliance with GMP, safety, and company policies.
- Oversee validation, maintenance, and inventory control.
- Maintain and update documentation and review batch documentation promptly and accurately.
- Ensure procedures are current and meet regulatory standards.
- Support GMP-compliant, validated manufacturing aligned with registered conditions.
- Assist with timely investigation and closure of deviations and CAPAs.

**Your experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical/Process, Engineering ,Food Science and Technology or relevant experience.
- Experience within a pharmaceutical or allied industry involving line management.
- Strong understanding of quality systems including handling of process deviations, change controls and quality records.Ability to maintain attention to detail in relation to quality of product and processes.
