We seek a seasoned and experienced clinical professional to lead our Residential Care team in delivering exceptional care in a supportive environment.
As a key figure, you will drive the delivery of high-quality clinical care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert clinical guidance and leadership to nursing and care teams.
- Overseeing clinical governance and ensuring compliance with aged care regulations.
- Leading initiatives to enhance care outcomes and improve resident quality of life.
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing clinical and care teams.
- Collaborating with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure person-centered care.
- Managing clinical resources efficiently to align with operational goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with no restrictions.

- Proven experience in clinical leadership and team management.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance, and quality improvement processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage resources effectively to meet operational goals.
- A passion for delivering person-centered care and improving residents' quality of life.
