We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Leader to manage the daily operations of our Acute Ward. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and clinical management, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring a safe and effective working environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reducing lengths of stay and readmissions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational excellence and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Degree qualified in Nursing
- Previous positive experience in both people and budget management
- High level clinical skills to lead and support workforce clinical outcomes
