Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our clinical services in a unique environment.

This is a leadership opportunity to influence therapeutic outcomes, shape service delivery and guide a skilled team. Approximately 30% of your role will be conducting assessments and providing intervention to a range of complex clients, with the remaining portion providing quality leadership and support.

  • Provide high-quality supervision to a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers and AOD Specialists
  • Oversight offence specific and offence-related interventions
  • Contribute to program development that supports prisoner wellbeing and rehabilitation
Key Responsibilities
  • Registration as a Psychologist with a relevant professional body
  • Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
  • Strong Clinical Assessment and Intervention Skills
  • A collaborative, outcomes-focused approach
  • Excellent Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Abilities
  • Resilience, authenticity and a commitment to evidence-based practice
