**Clinical Leadership Position**

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership and oversight to our centre. This key position is responsible for ensuring the clinical integrity and alignment of services with our model, while providing day-to-day support and supervision to a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing clinical oversight and supervision of mental health staff
  • Leading clinical review, performance support and reflective practice processes
  • Ensuring services meet our expectations and quality standards
  • Supporting culturally appropriate, safe, and inclusive care for all young people
  • Promoting continuous improvement in service delivery and governance

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification and registration as a mental health clinician (e.g., Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse)
  • Relevant professional body registration (AHPRA, AASW) and mental health-specific training or endorsement
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience providing clinical supervision, conducting assessments, and delivering evidence-based interventions to young people with moderate to severe mental health concerns
