The role of an Occupational Therapy Team Leader is pivotal in driving service excellence, fostering professional growth and ensuring our clinical services meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a clinical consultant for occupational therapy discipline and specialty.
- Provide complex occupational therapy services to client groups requiring advanced practice skills.
- Exhibit consolidated knowledge of research and evidence-based practice in occupational therapy and related areas.
- Utilize evidence-based practice outcome measures, patient satisfaction feedback, and quality assurance activities.
- Represent the profession clinically or in service development as required.
- Tertiary qualification in occupational therapy.
- Current AHPRA membership.
- Advanced experience in highly specialized clinical practices within healthcare settings and senior positions.
- Developed communication skills including written, verbal, interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation experience.
- Initiation, design, and implementation of research and quality improvement activities.
