Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of our organizational effectiveness strategy, including talent management, leadership development, and change management.
  • Collaborate with our global teams to design and deliver high-impact learning and development programs that drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our operational leaders and teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to our HR Business Partners to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional HR services.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of success in strategic HR leadership, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. You should have a deep understanding of business operations and be able to communicate complex HR concepts in a clear and concise manner.

You will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex organizational dynamics and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
