About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients across various industries, providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients, servicing sales, and client administration responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Proactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policies
- Respond to day-to-day queries from clients, including management of claims
- Process renewals, endorsements, certificates of currency, invoicing
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role or within the insurance/financial services industry (highly regarded)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Comfortable growing an existing client portfolio
- Attention to detail
- Thrives in a learning & growth environment
- Tier 1 Qualification (Insurance Broking)
- Basic insurance technical skills (highly regarded)
