Job Opportunity

 

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Coverage Team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for driving work streams in transaction execution, marketing, and client coverage initiatives.

 

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in investment banking or finance-related sectors, with a strong understanding of products and services provided.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Participate in transactional execution, including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing financial analysis, and presenting internal and client presentations.

- Play a leadership role in implementing the execution function and supporting analysts and senior bankers.

- Develop knowledge of global and Australian sectors and collaborate with colleagues across our global platform.

 

Requirements:

 

- Strong financial modelling skills.

- General understanding of M&A and capital markets transaction cycle and processes involved.
