**About You**

**A proven background in stakeholder management, project management, and financial and strategic analysis will ensure you can hit the ground running - whether it be producing high-quality pieces of analysis or working cross-functionally to deliver a new project to market.**

**What you will do**
- Work closely with the Strategic Projects team and key stakeholders to develop while managing projects from start to finish. Including defining project scope, developing timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating resources.
- Identify risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables, and develop mitigation strategies in partnership with project team members.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships, establish buy-in, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and ensure these are clearly communicated and understood by all team members.
- Develop and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, using data-driven insights to support decision-making.

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated work experience and a background in consulting, financial analysis, or business analysis are ideal.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation in an engaging and succinct way.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- _Adaptability, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to new information or shifting market conditions._
