Marketing Strategy Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Strategy Analyst to develop and execute marketing mix modeling strategies that drive smarter media spend across digital, direct, and offline channels.

About the Role:

This high-impact role will support the development of data-driven models that improve return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and delivery for all marketing channels using data analysis and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Build and deploy predictive models to optimize ROI, response, and causality.
  • Integrate data from various sources, including media platforms, customer relationship management systems, and internal data.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively to senior business stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in statistical/machine learning modeling, preferably in financial services or a related regulated industry.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, as well as modern data science libraries.
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence decision-making.
