In this newly created role, you'll be at the forefront of driving the success of Australia's most exciting streaming platforms, Kayo Sports and BINGE.

As a Strategy Analyst, you'll support key initiatives to expand our market reach and increase customer engagement for Kayo Sports and BINGE. Reporting to the Director Go to Market Strategy, you'll be integral to the development and execution of strategic plans designed to drive subscriber growth, innovative content strategies, and effective pricing models.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Conduct strategic market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Assist in developing business cases for strategic initiatives, ensuring investments align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage stakeholder relationships and support smooth project execution.
- Help design and execute channel partnerships and promotional offers to drive incremental growth for our streaming services.
- Provide support in marketing, media planning, and performance measurement, ensuring all strategies are aligned for maximum impact.
- Leverage your quantitative analysis skills to translate market data into actionable insights for senior management.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Management Consulting, M&A advisory, in-house strategy, or sales operations).
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality quantitative analysis and create compelling presentations.
- A strong collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel modeling, Tableau and PowerPoint skills.
- A natural relationship builder, with strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Passion for the entertainment, sports, and media landscape - we believe knowing the product is key to success.
