Strategy & Transformation Analyst

Sydney / Hybrid

Initial 6-month contract (likely to extend)

$1000-1650k day rate inc super DOE

Strategy & Transformation Analyst is required to join one of Australia's leading Healthtech companies on a key project focusing on optimisation within a certain strand of Health.

This role will be reporting into the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer and will work closely with the Data Analytics and Data Science function.

Roles and responsibilities for the Strategy & Transformation Analyst includes:

- Getting access to the data, understanding and presenting it
- Be able to translate the 'so what's onto a slide in a clear and impressive way
- Able to self serve
- Build insights and queries for the data
- Strong stakeholder management, have the ability to liaise with all areas of the business
- Come in and hit the ground running on a key project

Essential skills for the Strategy & Transformation Analyst includes:

- 3-4 years in a Strategy Analyst role or in management consulting
- Strong reporting skills in Tableau, PowerBI, Looker or a similar tool
- SQL
- Alteryx experience would be highly desirable
- Management consulting background
- Excellent communication skills, a strive for perfection and a professional mannerism
