Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned account manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

About the Role

The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing our existing client base, building strong relationships with new contacts, and providing proactive support and insights to embed us as their trusted solution provider.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Secure contract renewals and grow revenue for each client.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client's organisation, strategy, and priorities through extensive mapping and strategic planning.
  • Provide expert research support to clients through detailed understanding of our product portfolio and research methodology.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • A self-motivated individual with strong networking, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Tenacity, drive, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills to progress and close deals.
  • Target-oriented with ability to meet revenue and activity targets monthly and annually.
  • Ability to manage workload across all clients, balancing proactive commercial activities with reactive client support.
