Job Overview

This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, preferably in professional services or cybersecurity, and be skilled at building client relationships and managing multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a portfolio of clients by establishing trust, understanding their goals and challenges, and conducting regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring their needs are represented across delivery and support teams.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and take proactive steps to mitigate issues and ensure retention.
  • Pursue opportunities for account expansion based on client needs and service fit.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in professional services or cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and build strong client relationships.
