Client Relationship Manager

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with key clients and ensuring seamless experience through effective communication and issue resolution.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, conducting regular business meetings to review performance and opportunities, and addressing challenges as they arise.
- Achieving targets and growth objectives, monitoring account health, and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and prevent churn.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management/customer service roles within the IT or SaaS industry, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
