Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Professional



Our client, a leading specialist tertiary education organisation, is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Professional to support their Finance team in delivering key projects. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Professional, you will partner with Project teams to develop and improve financial controls, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. You will be responsible for financial analysis, variance analysis, budget preparation, and forecasting. Your expertise will help drive business decision-making and growth.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and variance analysis to support project planning and reporting
  • Prepare and review budgets and forecasts to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and reporting

  • Relevant tertiary education and professional certifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis in the education sector
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems
