Financial Planning and Analysis Leader Opportunity

AXR, a pioneering company at the forefront of technological change, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Planning and Analysis Officer to join their team.

This leadership role offers a unique chance to be part of a private equity-backed company poised for IPO. As a key member of the executive team, you will play a crucial role in preparing the company for its future growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial planning and analysis strategies that drive business decisions and growth.
  • Lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve company objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the CFO, to deliver finance transformation initiatives.
  • Design and implement business intelligence solutions to enhance decision-making and process efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in senior FP&A leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in IPO readiness and finance transformation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $275,000 - $300,000 (inclusive of super) + incentives.
