About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join our team at SHAPE Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial planning and analysis to lead the development, integration, and management of finance-related planning and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the cash flow forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts that support business decisions.
  • Develop and manage the financial reporting and analysis function, providing insights to stakeholders on business performance and trends.
  • Create and maintain complex financial models to enhance business reporting and support strategic business decisions.
  • Upskill the wider finance team in financial planning and analysis, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the ASX-listed industry.
  • Proven expertise in strategic financial modeling, with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting tools, with the ability to extract insights from large data sets.
