Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert to join our team as a Business Partner. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth and strategic decision-making through financial analysis, planning, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Partner, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering in-depth financial analysis and insights to support senior leadership in making informed decisions.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive business strategy.
  • Providing commercial acumen and thought leadership to identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of financial strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CA or CPA.
  • Expert-level skills in financial tools like Excel, Power BI, TM1, and/or ZAP.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems like D365, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to develop ad-hoc reports and models to drive business insights.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior leaders.
