About the Role

Charterhouse is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Expert to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in preparing financial reports, delivering insights, and providing financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a focus on financial planning and analysis. You will be responsible for business partnering with internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to senior management through variance analysis and modelling, and collaborating with department heads to develop and manage budgets and inform strategic decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management through variance analysis and modelling.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets and inform strategic decision making.
Requirements:
  • CPA/CA qualification required.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial data to leadership.
