We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join our team in Newcastle, Sydney. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in leading the development and implementation of financial plans that drive business growth and sustainability.

About the Role:

  • Lead the Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team to provide short, mid, and long-term financial planning, analysis, and insights that support effective decision-making across the business.
  • Develop and implement group financial planning and analysis services to support the achievement of Life Without Barriers' Strategy.
  • Leverage technology to establish data and reporting systems that drive transparency and ownership of financials.
  • Provide timely financial insights to business leaders to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary level qualifications in business, commerce, management or relevant field.
  • Qualified and registered Chartered or Certified Practising Accountant.
  • Extensive experience in managing the FP&A function in a large and complex organisation.
  • Experience with best practice Enterprise Performance Management tools.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build a shared understanding of, and commitment to the organisation's Purpose and Values.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of around $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
