Job Title: ERP Transformation Lead

Job Description

As a seasoned Test Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the testing strategy for a large-scale ERP implementation. You will lead system, integration, and UAT testing, driving processes that ensure quality and efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering a successful project outcome.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases across functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Produce key deliverables, including Master Test Plans, Test Summary Reports, Traceability Matrices, and Defect Reports.
  • Drive UAT engagement with business stakeholders, ensuring readiness for go-live.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst on a Tier-1 ERP project.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience within integration testing and managing complex test cycles.
  • Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
