We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Test Lead in our ERP Transformation Project.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Test Lead with extensive experience in leading testing efforts for large-scale ERP implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, managing defect tracking, and ensuring the smooth execution of UAT.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in complex environments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases across functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution using appropriate tools.
  • Drive UAT engagement with business stakeholders and ensure readiness for go-live.
  • Report progress clearly and concisely to project leadership.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst experience on a Tier-1 ERP project (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with integration testing and managing complex test cycles.
  • Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
