Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle ERP expert to lead our clients' digital transformation journey and deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.

This is a client-facing leadership role where you'll guide clients through their Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, providing solution architecture and functional expertise across various modules.

  • Lead Oracle ERP transformation projects from design to implementation and cutover.
  • Provide solution architecture and functional expertise across Fusion ERP modules.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
  • Lead client workshops, presentations, solution walkthroughs, and strategic roadmaps.
About the Role

This mid-senior level consultant will be responsible for leading Oracle ERP projects as a Lead Consultant and Solution Architect. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our Oracle practice and contribute to the development of our team's skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of Oracle Fusion ERP consulting experience.
  • Proven leadership on at least one full-cycle Oracle ERP implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP best practices, enterprise architecture, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
