Job Opportunity: Lead Testing for ERP Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to support end-to-end testing for a large-scale ERP implementation and related integrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading system, integration, and UAT testing, developing and executing test plans, scenarios, and cases across functional and non-functional requirements.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst on a Tier-1 ERP project, strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, and the ability to work independently, own deliverables, and meet deadlines.

The role involves managing defect tracking and resolution using appropriate tools, reporting progress clearly and concisely to project leadership, and driving UAT engagement with business stakeholders and ensuring readiness for go-live.
