ERP Transformation Lead

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned ERP professional with extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.

As an ERP Transformation Lead, you will lead clients through their digital transformation journey, delivering innovative ERP solutions that drive real business value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading ERP projects from design to implementation and cutover.
  • Providing solution architecture and functional expertise across ERP modules.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
  • Developing strategy, roadmap, and architecture documentation for clients.

Required qualifications include:

  • 8+ years of Oracle Fusion ERP consulting experience.
  • Proven leadership on at least one full-cycle Oracle ERP implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP best practices, enterprise architecture, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
  • At least one current Oracle ERP certification.
