Job Title: Transformation Testing Expert Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to lead testing for a major ERP transformation that will shape how a business operates for years to come. You'll be trusted to own the testing strategy, work with a highly engaged project team, and bring structure, clarity, and quality to a complex program of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead system, integration, and UAT testing for a Tier-1 ERP implementation.
  • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases across functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Produce key deliverables: Master Test Plans, Test Summary Reports, Traceability Matrices, Defect Reports.
  • Drive UAT engagement with business stakeholders and ensure readiness for go-live.
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution using appropriate tools.
  • Report progress clearly and concisely to project leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst on a Tier-1 ERP project (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with integration testing and managing complex test cycles.
  • Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisation, and planning skills.
  • Experience with automated testing or load testing.
  • Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
  • Exposure to international teams and multi-site environments.
