- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain presentation and performance standards.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to add value for clients.
- Collaborate with the broader team to deliver innovative solutions.
Your Profile:
- A proven track record in the property industry, holding or able to obtain a Property Representative Licence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational ability.
- A customer-centric approach and a professional, proactive attitude.
- Basic analytical skills to support property performance.
- A valid driver's licence and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
