Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Manager

This is a senior role for a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Oversee capital works, prepare budgets, and deliver timely reporting to clients.
  • Evaluate compliance with building regulations and lease obligations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain presentation and performance standards.
  • Pursue opportunities to add value for both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.

About You: To succeed in this role, you should have experience in the property industry and hold (or can obtain) a Property Representative Licence. You should possess strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational ability are also essential.
