Key Responsibilities:

As a Lifestyle Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enriching the lives of residents by leading a team of Lifestyle Therapists. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to determine and deliver therapist activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Building meaningful relationships with residents and staff alike is essential in creating a positive and supportive care environment. You will thrive in this collaborative setting, bringing a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to drive resident-focused initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
  • Minimum three years' experience in developing and delivering leisure and health programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Australian Work Rights
Desirable Attributes:
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
