Aged Care and Disability Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. This rewarding role will see you working from home and collaborating with our office-based staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with support workers, ensuring reliable quality individually tailored compliant customer care solutions for our aged and disability customers.
Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining effective rosters that suit the needs of our business and clients, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for managing ad hoc changes to employee or client availability, including leave and work pattern adjustments.
To excel in this role, you must have experience rostering, scheduling, and working with Support Workers/Customers in Aged Care or Disability services. You should also possess exceptional communication skills, autonomy, and initiative, as well as the ability to meet deadlines, handle competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
A NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Certificate (within the last 12 months), and Right to work evidence are essential requirements for this position.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible work arrangements, free annual flu vaccination, Employee Assistance Program, and opportunities to grow within the company.
