Key Account Manager Role

This role is pivotal in our team, requiring a strong understanding of supplier relationships to minimize risks and maximize client value. Your key objective will be to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with preferred suppliers.

You will oversee the entire supplier relationship process, ensuring optimal performance across all aspects, from onboarding new suppliers to monitoring their service delivery and meeting contracted obligations effectively.

About You

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Strong insurance industry knowledge, including legislative frameworks, codes, and products.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Familiarity with property claims - building, contents, landlord, strata, and commercial.
  • Claims fulfillment management experience in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent analytical, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) Home Warranty Insurance and building rectification methods are advantageous.
