Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to manage customer portfolios, build relationships, and drive sales growth. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, demonstrating products, and providing high-level consultation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing strong relationships with customers to capture opportunities and create long-term partnerships
  • Creating and managing daily schedules to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone
  • Representing the company in the marketplace, presenting high-level customer consultations, and carrying technical knowledge
  • Tracking progress using salesforce to record interactions and sales performance; reporting is a key part of the role
