**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to join our team at Programmed.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and activity coordination.
  • Design and produce engaging infographics to enhance project presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Develop and manage various project-related documents such as discussion papers, reports, communication plans, and training materials.
  • Support the management of the Division's workflow of security requests through the Front Door SharePoint site.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

**Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in project administration or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Proficiency in creating infographics and visual aids.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and work both independently and within a small team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new digital tools and make the most of existing software.
  • Positive, solution-focused attitude, with excellent attention to detail.

**Security Clearance Requirements:

This is a security-designated position. The successful candidate will need to hold a current Australian Government Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance before commencing the role.
