Senior Paid Social Campaign Manager

About this role
We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for eCommerce clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid media channels and demonstrated experience working hands-on with clients' marketing & ecommerce strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns.
- Support creative strategy, including ad ideation, scripting, and performance feedback.
- Advise clients on marketing strategy and campaign planning.
- Act as the primary client contact, leading strategy calls and nurturing strong relationships.
- Lead onboarding for new clients and support junior team development through training and mentorship.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of experience working with eCommerce brands.
- Strong understanding of paid media channels (Specifically Meta, TikTok).
- Demonstrated experience working hands-on with clients' marketing & ecommerce strategy.
- Passion for ad creative and ability to write impactful scripts.
