Digital Campaigns Manager

We are seeking an analytical Performance Manager to develop, execute, and optimise paid search and social campaigns for a major financial services client. This role involves driving traffic, sales, profit, and customer acquisition through cutting-edge performance tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid search and social media strategies to drive business results
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify areas of improvement and inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaigns
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a digital/performance role within a media agency or consultant environment
- Relevant professional performance experience across paid search and/or paid social, and/or programmatic trading and implementation
- Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft Office, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, SA360, and CM360
- Excellent ability to analyse media performance data and think strategically
- Solid written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organise and manage detailed campaign performance and provide insightful recommendations
