Senior Paid Social Specialist (Ecommerce)

Founded in 2021 by Sam Despo, Pulp Digital is "not your average agency". We service eCommerce businesses supporting them with Digital Strategy, Content Strategy, and Paid Ads Management. Agencies need to be an extension of the brand, so that's exactly what we do. We love building strong relationships with all our clients to ensure they feel well supported while we maximise profits.

What will you do?

We're looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist — a self-starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively, and is ready to own strategy and performance across a portfolio of high-performing paid media accounts. This role involves hands-on execution, strategic direction, and client relationship management with a focus on eCommerce, and Paid Social (Meta & TikTok).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for eCommerce clients.
  • Support creative strategy, including ad ideation, scripting, and performance feedback.
  • Advise clients on marketing strategy and campaign planning, aligned to their calendar and goals.
  • Act as the primary client contact, leading strategy calls and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Lead onboarding for new clients and support junior team development through training and mentorship.
  • Work closely with the Lead Digital Strategist and Director to refine internal processes.
  • Contribute to Pulp Digital's social presence with ideas, insights, or content.

Who are you & what will you bring?

  • 3+ Years of experience working with eCommerce brands
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels (Specifically Meta, TikTok)
  • Demonstrated experience working hands-on with clients' marketing & ecommerce strategy
  • Passion for ad creative and ability to write impactful scripts
  • A strategic thinker who enjoys staying close to the data and platforms.
  • Solutions-focused, analytical, and highly organised.
  • Confident leading client discussions and delivering recommendations with clarity and impact.
  • Comfortable managing both day-to-day performance and long-term growth initiatives.
