Founded in 2021 by Sam Despo, Pulp Digital is "not your average agency". We service eCommerce businesses supporting them with Digital Strategy, Content Strategy, and Paid Ads Management. What will you do?

We're on the hunt for a Senior Digital Strategist - a self-starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively, and is ready to own strategy and performance across a portfolio of high-performing paid media accounts. This role blends hands-on execution, strategic direction, and client relationship with a strong focus on eCommerce, and Paid Social (Meta & Tiktok).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for eCommerce clients.
• Support creative strategy, including ad ideation, scripting, and performance feedback.
• Advise clients on marketing strategy and campaign planning, aligned to their calendar and goals.
• Act as the primary client contact, leading strategy calls and nurturing strong relationships.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and support junior team development through training and mentorship.
• Work closely with the Lead Digital Strategist and Director to refine internal processes.
• Contribute to Pulp Digital's social presence with ideas, insights, or content.

Who are you & what will you bring?

• 3+ Years of experience working with eCommerce brands
• Strong understanding of paid media channels (Specifically Meta, TikTok)
• Demonstrated experience working hands-on with clients' marketing & ecommerce strategy
• Passion for ad creative and ability to write impactful scripts
• A strategic thinker who enjoys staying close to the data and platforms.
• Solutions-focused, analytical, and highly organised.
• Confident in leading client discussions and delivering recommendations with clarity and impact.
• Comfortable managing both day-to-day performance and long-term growth initiatives.
• You'll report to the Lead Digital Strategist and work closely with our Director to evolve our approach as we grow.
• As we expand - with two new Digital Strategist hires planned in the next 6 months - you'll have the opportunity to move into a management role, shaping the team and mentoring junior staff.
