HIRING: Senior Paid Media Manager

$100,000 - $120,000 + super

We're partnering with a fast-growing digital agency seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead high-performing campaigns, build strong client partnerships, and deliver strategic, results-driven media strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and manage paid media campaigns end-to-end
  • Forecast, report, and uncover insights to drive growth
  • Mentor juniors and help shape department growth
  • Stay on top of trends and challenge the status quo

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in Paid Media in an agency
  • Hands-on skills across Google Ads, Meta, Bing (programmatic a bonus)
  • Strong strategic thinking + client communication
  • Proven results in performance-driven media
  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • Advanced analytics skills (GA4, Excel, reporting tools)
  • Hybrid working + work from overseas up to 8 weeks/year
