Ecommerce Social Media Campaign Manager

A self-starter who thrives in independent and collaborative environments owns strategy and performance across high-performing paid media accounts.
This role involves hands-on execution, strategic direction, and client relationship management with a focus on eCommerce and Paid Social campaigns for Meta and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize Paid Social campaigns for eCommerce clients on Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Support creative strategy including ad ideation, scripting, and performance feedback.
- Advise clients on marketing strategy and campaign planning aligned to their calendar and goals.
- Lead client discussions, nurture strong relationships, and deliver recommendations with clarity and impact.
- Onboard new clients, support junior team development through training and mentorship, and work closely with the Lead Digital Strategist and Director.
- 3+ years of experience working with eCommerce brands.
- Strong understanding of paid media channels, particularly Meta and TikTok.
- Demonstrated experience working hands-on with clients' marketing and eCommerce strategies.
- Passion for ad creative and ability to write impactful scripts.
- Solutions-focused, analytical, and highly organized.
- Confident leading client discussions and delivering recommendations with clarity and impact.
- Comfortable managing both day-to-day performance and long-term growth initiatives.
